Our work often begins with a diagnostic study to understand your vision and strategy, and identify the gaps and opportunities between your organization's current state and your desired future state. We then develop a plan and roadmap to get to the future. We don't just hand you a report and walk away; instead we help execute the roadmap by getting deeply involved in improving the operations of the business and selecting the necessary systems. During the systems implementation, we are often engaged as the client advocate and project manager, making sure the business process improvement opportunities identified in the roadmap are baked into the design and configuration of the new systems and realized through change management and end user training, and that the vendor provides the products and services in accordance with their contractual obligations. We may be engaged at any point in this process, but keep in mind that it is always to your advantage to engage a consultant when you are first thinking about embarking on a strategic project to help assure the most cost effective and successful solution.
